You ARE allowed to:

• Use templates on unlimited personal or client websites
• Modify and customize the design

You are NOT allowed to:

• Resell or redistribute templates
• Share files publicly or privately
• Upload templates to marketplaces or free download sites
• Claim the template as your own product

Violation may result in:

• License termination
• Access restriction
• Legal action if necessary
