Our team is dedicated to establishing and upholding a positive working relationship with you over the long term.
Revision Policy
The authorised number of revisions depends on the package you chose, and you may request as many changes as are specified in the package’s specifics. We put a lot of effort into giving our customers the greatest services possible, and we’ll keep revising until your needs are satisfied. If the design concepts remain the same, you are not obligated to pay more money. Within 48 hours, you will receive your updated design.
Refund Policy
Refunds under EXEIST’s policy won’t be given if;
- For more than two weeks of the project, the company has not been contacted.
- Under no circumstances will there be a refund for “change of mind,” “disagreement with partner,” or other factors unrelated to the service.
- If a customer purchases a service bundle and then finds one service lacking, just that specific service will be eligible for a refund, “not” the entire bundle.
- After seven days have passed since the date of purchase, the client will not be eligible for any refund.
- Once the client has approved the design and the website has been sent for development, refund requests won’t be considered.
- Requests for refunds won’t be granted after the website designs have been approved.
- If the client fails to submit the initial brief for the website design within 10 days after placing the order, they may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 25%).
Note: EXEIST reserves the right to refuse any project or terminate the agreement at any time. Following the refund, you will no longer be able to utilise the designs for any reason; instead, EXEIST will own them exclusively. The designs will legally belong to the EXEIST’s property.
Quality Assurance Policy
We make every effort to meet your needs, and our designers make every effort to meet up to your expectations.
We are committed to offering the best designs, and each one of them has been properly planned out and crafted.
Delivery Policy
- On the date indicated on the order confirmation, the entire order will be sent to the specified account, along with a confirmation email.
- The turnaround time will depend on the package, with a minimum of five business days needed.
- Contact our customer service team if you need to place an urgent order.
Record Maintenance
EXEIST keeps a record of all completed designs so that you may be given the precise file in the event of a lost order.
Communication Policy
- You acknowledge and agree that EXEIST is not responsible for any contact coming from ordinary email addresses other than those that end in “[email protected]” or any toll-free numbers, mobile number or phone number that are not listed on our website. EXEIST is not liable for any harm brought on by such correspondence. Only communications sent using our own domain-named email address(es) which is already listed on the EXEIST Website, are subject to our responsibility.
